Templestowe homeowners have been calling on Form. Pool Design for years when they want a custom concrete pool built to last. Our reliable team understands the suburb's generous block sizes and the kind of pool that makes the most of them.
We design every pool from scratch to fit the property and the people who live there. From sleek modern lap pools to family-friendly entertaining pools with built-in spa benches, every brief is treated as its own project - no templates, no shortcuts.
Our collaborative approach means you're across every decision from the first sketch to the final tile. Backed by VBA accreditation and years of build experience, we deliver pools that exceed what Templestowe families had pictured.
Our Pools Share Templestowe's Charm
Templestowe's mix of leafy reserves along the Yarra, Westerfolds Park's open spaces, and the suburb's distinctive contemporary architecture all shape how we design here. We love pools that take inspiration from the surrounding bushland - natural stone coping, organic shapes, and water that catches the same light as the river bends nearby.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need council approval for a Templestowe pool?
Yes - swimming pools in Templestowe (and across Victoria) need planning approval, building permits, and pool fence compliance certification. We manage the full process so you don't have to navigate it yourself. From submission to handover, every approval is part of our service.
How long is a typical Templestowe pool build?
Every build is different. Sloping sites and elaborate landscaping take longer; straightforward rectangular builds move faster - we'll give you a clear schedule once we're across your site and design brief.
What's involved in getting a quote?
We come to you, walk the site, listen to what you're picturing, and pull together a transparent itemised proposal. The conversation is honest about what's included and what's not - clear documentation tied to a real design.
Do you handle landscaping around the pool too?
Yes - we have an experienced and skilled landscaping team we work with who can take on decking, planting, fencing, and lighting around your new pool. If you've got your own landscaper, we're happy to coordinate with them too.
