Sandringham's Best Concrete Swimming Pools
Sandringham residents have been turning to Form. Pool Design for years when they want a concrete pool built to handle the bayside elements. Salt-laden air, sandy soil, and afternoon sea breezes all matter - and we factor them in from day one.
Each pool is custom-designed for the property and the family. Compact bayside courtyards, generous beachfront blocks, and the streets in between - every site gets its own design rather than a copy of the last job.
Concrete construction with marine-grade fittings and finishes chosen to handle the coastal climate means a Sandringham pool from Form. Pool Design holds up. VBA-accredited and built to last.
Our Pools Share Sandringham's Charm
Sandringham's identity is the bay, and we lean into it. Half Moon Bay, the Beach Road run, the cliff-top views - it all shows up in how we approach pool design here. Light-toned interior finishes that play off the bay's colours, glass mosaic tile work that picks up the water, and minimal fencing so the pool sits within the view rather than blocking it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the bayside conditions affect my pool over time?
Not if it's built right. Coastal builds need marine-grade equipment, salt-resistant finishes, and quality concrete that handles the conditions - all standard on our Sandringham projects. With the right specification, a bayside pool ages just as well as one further inland.
How long does construction usually take?
Every project is different. Bay-area soil conditions can occasionally affect schedule, and we'll be upfront with you about timing once we've completed the site survey.
How does your quoting work?
We visit the property, see the site (and the view), talk through what you're after, and follow up with an itemised proposal. Everything is detailed clearly so you can compare apples to apples.
Do you also do landscaping?
Yes - we have access to an experienced and skilled landscaping team who can take on the surrounds. Bayside outdoor spaces work hard, and they make sure decking, planting, and finishes match the pool in both style and durability. Or we're happy to coordinate with your own landscaper if you'd prefer.
