Eltham's Best Concrete Swimming Pools
Eltham locals have long turned to Form. Pool Design when they're ready to install or renovate a concrete pool. We know the suburb well - the slopes, the gum trees, and how to design around them rather than fight them.
Every pool we put in the ground here is purpose-designed for the property. We sit down with you, work out how the pool fits your daily rhythm, and shape the design from there. No two Eltham builds look the same when we're done.
Quality on a Form. Pool Design build means the right concrete mix, the right reinforcement, and finishes chosen to age beautifully in the Australian climate. VBA-accredited and proudly Victorian-owned.
Our Pools Share Eltham's Charm
Eltham's identity is bound up with the Diamond Creek trail, the artists' colony heritage, and the mud-brick homes that helped define the suburb's look. We design pools that nod to that aesthetic - earthy interior finishes, soft natural-edge shapes, and stone surrounds that fit the bush setting better than the high-shine porcelain you'd find closer to the city.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you work with my landscape architect or designer?
Absolutely. Plenty of our Eltham builds run in parallel with an architect's wider project, and we're comfortable slotting into that. We work to the existing site plan, communicate around their timelines, and make sure the pool integrates rather than fights the broader design.
How long will the build take?
Every project is different. Bushland blocks sometimes need extra excavation work, and we'll flag that clearly in the quote so you know exactly how it shapes your timeline.
How does your quoting process work?
It starts with a face-to-face at the property. We walk the site with you, talk through what you're trying to achieve, and then put together an itemised proposal you can scrutinise line by line. No surprises later.
Can you take care of the landscaping?
Absolutely - we have access to an experienced and skilled landscaping team who can take on the surrounds, so you're not left with a finished pool in a rough site. Or we're happy to coordinate with your own landscaper if you'd prefer.
