Brighton's Best Concrete Swimming Pools
Brighton homeowners have trusted Form. Pool Design with their custom concrete builds for years. From Church Street to the bayside reserves, we've designed pools that match the standard the suburb is known for.
Each pool is purpose-built for the property. Brighton's mix of period homes, contemporary architectural builds, and family estates means no template fits twice - and we don't try to make one. Every brief gets its own design from the first sketch.
Concrete construction gives us the flexibility to do that. Combined with premium finishes, marine-grade fittings where the bay air calls for them, and VBA-accredited workmanship, the result is a pool that holds up to Brighton conditions and Brighton expectations.
Our Pools Share Brighton's Charm
Brighton's character is the bay, the bathing boxes along Dendy Street Beach, the wide streets of established homes, and the village feel of Church Street. We design pools that suit it - generous proportions for entertaining, classical elegance for the heritage homes, and contemporary minimalism where the architecture calls for it. Glass mosaic interiors that play off the bay, sandstone surrounds, and finishes chosen to age gracefully.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's involved in building a pool on a Brighton bayside block?
Bayside builds typically call for marine-grade fittings and finishes that handle the salt-laden air, plus extra care during the excavation phase if the soil is sandy. We factor all that into the design from day one - you don't need to know the engineering side, but it changes how we approach the build.
How long does the build take?
Every project moves at its own pace. The variables that shift the timeline are usually finish complexity, landscaping scope, and any heritage considerations on older properties - we'll firm up a schedule with you once the design is finalised.
What does the quoting process look like?
We come to the property, walk the site, and listen to what you're picturing for the space. From there we put together an itemised proposal - every line is visible so you can see exactly what's being delivered.
Do you handle the landscaping too?
Yes - on a Brighton project the surrounds matter as much as the pool itself. We have access to an experienced and skilled landscaping team who can handle decking, planting, fencing, lighting, and outdoor structures - or we're happy to coordinate with your own landscaper if you've got one.
